Contact Prefetial

One email address, what to put in your message, and what Prefetial can and cannot help with.

There is one way to contact Prefetial and this page explains it. Corrections to our Down-to-earth productivity for focus, habits, and getting things done coverage, questions, and commercial proposals all go to the same place, and below is how to write so that yours gets answered quickly.

The address

[email protected]

That is the only address we use. There is no form, no chat widget and no support portal.

Making it easy to reply to

The more specific your message, the faster the answer.

  • Lead with the question. Context is useful, but not first.
  • Paste the address of the page you are writing about, and the sentence that prompted the message.
  • If a page looks broken, say which browser and which device, and send a screenshot if you can.

Things we cannot help with

Three things come up often and the answer is always no. We do not intervene with other companies on your behalf, we do not give advice for one specific situation, and we do not help with accounts we have nothing to do with. The legal notice says why.

How long a reply takes

Two or three working days is normal. If a week passes with nothing, assume the message went astray and send it again rather than assuming we ignored you.

Commercial enquiries

For anything commercial, write to the usual address and be concrete about what you are proposing. We are slow and selective here on purpose, and the editorial policy explains the terms up front.

Corrections and complaints

Point at the error rather than describing it in general, and we will deal with it fast. The mechanics, including when a change gets a dated note, live in the editorial policy.
